Accessibility in Review and Comply
Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility testing and improvements are ongoing; full conformance has not yet been independently verified.
Using the platform
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, and Enter or Space to activate buttons and menus. Escape closes Help, Settings and paper-reader popovers.
- The first keyboard link skips directly to the main content.
- Browser zoom and text-size settings are supported. Controls wrap on small screens, while wide data tables can be scrolled within their own region.
- Visible focus outlines identify your current control. Statuses use text or named icons as well as colour.
- Use Help for your role-specific user guide. The guided tour can be closed with Escape.
- Changing the selected paper does not navigate immediately. Use Open paper when ready.
- A warning appears five minutes before session expiry. Choose Stay signed in to extend the session without leaving your work. For Microsoft sessions, save your work and use Sign in with Microsoft to authenticate again. Organisation suspension and trial expiry still end access.
- You can pause the trial countdown display. The trial expiry time and access cutoff remain in force.
- Deleting entries, removing participants, cancelling meetings and concluding a case ask for confirmation.
- Passwords can be pasted or filled by a password manager.
Documents and remaining testing
Customer-uploaded PDF and Word papers may contain scanned images or other inaccessible content. Ask your organisation for an accessible copy when needed. The platform cannot guarantee the accessibility of uploaded files.
The HTML Outcome Pack provides an alternative to the exported outcome PDF. PDF tagging and the browser’s embedded PDF reader require separate assessment.
Automated checks do not establish full WCAG conformance. End-to-end testing with screen readers, magnification, speech input and real workflow data is still required.
